Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance.

Consumer: the natural person who is not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or profession.

Distance contract: a contract concluded within the framework of a system organized by the entrepreneur for the distance sale of products and/or services, whereby one or more techniques for distance communication are used exclusively until the conclusion of the contract.

Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer.

If the contract is concluded electronically, the text of these general terms and conditions may be made available to the consumer electronically.

Article 4 – The Offer
The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.

Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.

Each offer contains information that clearly indicates to the consumer what rights and obligations are attached to the acceptance of the offer.

Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded, subject to the provisions of paragraph 4, at the moment the consumer accepts the offer.

If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the entrepreneur will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically.

The entrepreneur takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and ensures a secure web environment.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may dissolve a contract relating to the purchase of a product within a reflection period of 14 days without giving any reason, except for custom-made goods.

The reflection period referred to in paragraph 1 starts on the day after the consumer has received the product.

During the reflection period, the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care.

Article 7 – Prices
The prices stated in the offer of products or services are exempt from VAT (KOR).

During the validity period stated in the offer, the prices of the products and/or services offered will not be increased.

Article 8 – Delivery and Performance
The entrepreneur will take the utmost care when receiving and executing orders.

The place of delivery shall be the address provided by the consumer to the entrepreneur.

The entrepreneur will execute accepted orders with due speed but at the latest within 30 days.

Article 9 – Complaints Procedure
The entrepreneur has a sufficiently disclosed complaints procedure and handles complaints in accordance with this procedure.

Complaints about the performance of the contract must be submitted to the entrepreneur within a reasonable time, clearly and fully described.

Complaints submitted to the entrepreneur will be answered within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Article 10 – Disputes
Contracts between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions relate are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
